One of the most profound and tender novels I have read this year. The boy, the mole, the fox and the horse is one of the shortlisted entries for the Waterstones Books of the Year 2019. It is delicately illustrated and explores the deep and unshakeable bond between 4 friends. A perfect gift for those close to you. Its simple message about the importance of kindness is life affirming. Recommended.
